This class has been updated to include the new forms that would be used when representing the Buyer and we will be using the new Contract TREC 20-18 (TXR 1601). We look forward to working with you! When you confirm that you want to schedule a class, we block that date off and commit that time to you. We ask that you make the same commitment to us. Please plan for and market the class so you have the best outcome possible. If you need to reschedule or cancel a class, we kindly ask for at least 2 weeks’ notice so we have a chance to book that instructor somewhere else. Please understand that work goes into setting up a class and sometimes appointments are moved around or travel is rescheduled to accommodate your desired date. Quite often, multiple requests come in for the date we have reserved especially for you. If you must cancel with less than 2 weeks’ notice, a $250 fee will be charged. Of course, in the event of a severe weather situation, power outage or something similar that is out of your control, this would not apply to the situation. We take teaching CE classes seriously and our goal is to provide you with the most professional and reliable CE classes possible. We sincerely appreciate your partnership and cooperation.
