Just 8 miles from I-10, and 10 miles from Highway 290. Easy access to the Grand Parkway, from Downtown Houston (no tolls): From I-10, exit Katy Ft. Bend Rd. (Exit #742) and turn right. After 2.2 miles, Katy Ft Bend Rd becomes Katy Hockley Cut Off Rd. Stay straight on Katy-Hockley Cut-off for 4 miles. Turn right on FM529 (Freeman Rd.) The entrance to the community will  be on your right.
