Broker Responsibility #50498

This 6-hour course, taught by Lynne McCarthy or Tikila Adolph, satisfies the required Broker Responsibility credit that supervising licensees (broker OR agent) need to renew their license in Texas.  This course addresses the regulatory aspects of managing and operating a Texas brokerage firm, as well as providing supervision for the licensees employed within. This includes provisions from The Real Estate License Act and the TREC Rules. We’ll review the Roles of the Delegated Supervisors & Teams, Ensuring Competency & Training for Agents, Practical Application Related to Required Documentation, Additional Broker Responsibility & TREC Enforcement & Broker Responsibility. Important:  Sales Agents under regular CE requirements must complete the 6-hour Broker Responsibility course if they have been made Supervisor by their broker. Please allow for a 30 minute lunch break when scheduling this class. $975

Understanding Contracts & Forms #52543

This 4-hour Contracts course, taught by Lynne McCarthy satisfies the TREC Contracts Class requirement. This class has been updated to include the new forms that would be used when representing the Buyer and we will be using the new Contract TREC 20-18 (TXR 1601). Learn how and when to use the correct Texas promulgated Purchase Contract Forms, Addenda, Disclosures, and Notices used in residential real estate transactions. Specific attention has been given to those subjects that will enable you to practice real estate brokerage in a lawful and knowledgeable way. We will discuss the contract paragraph by paragraph, if that paragraph has additional forms, we will break-out to those forms as well. Mastering the Art of CMA’s #48565

This 4-hour elective is taught by Lynne McCarthy. This class will define what the purpose of CMA is. We’ll look at the importance of accurate market analysis and the role of CMA in pricing properties and making informed decisions, analyze market trends and patterns – three approaches to value., analyze comparable sales, identify comparable properties and adjust for differences in property features, calculate price per square foot and other valuation metrics, assess market conditions, evaluate supply and demand dynamics, analyze local and regional market trends, and consider economic factors that impact property values. We will break into groups and work on a CMA together via the different stages. Please allow for a 30 minute lunch break when scheduling this class. $700


Expanding CMA Skills #49247

This 4-hour elective is taught by Lynne McCarthy. It is highly recommended that you complete the Mastering the Art of CMA’s course prior to taking this one. We will discuss the Agents’ responsibility and where to search for properties as well as doing an individual exercise to choose the Comparables. We will cover what data to collect, how to make adjustments on the comparables and come up with pricing for your Listing appointment. Students will need a computer to take this class. Please allow for a 30 minute lunch break when scheduling this class. $700


Perfecting Listing Presentations #51171

This 4-hour elective is taught by Lynne McCarthy. It is tailored for real estate professionals looking to establish a powerful personal brand and market themselves effectively in a competitive industry. Participants will learn the fundamentals of branding, including defining their unique value proposition. We will also dive into Marketing: how to pick a market Area or Niche and go through marketing techniques. In addition to branding & Marketing, participants will learn how to create compelling listing presentations, understand client expectations, the role of the real estate agent and overcoming challenges.  Please allow for a 30 minute lunch break when scheduling this class. $700

Cancellation Policy

We look forward to working with you! When you confirm that you want to schedule a class, we block that date off and commit that time to you. We ask that you make the same commitment to us. Please plan for and market the class so you have the best outcome possible. If you need to reschedule or cancel a class, we kindly ask for at least 2 weeks’ notice so we have a chance to book that instructor somewhere else. Please understand that work goes into setting up a class and sometimes appointments are moved around or travel is rescheduled to accommodate your desired date. Quite often, multiple requests come in for the date we have reserved especially for you. If you must cancel with less than 2 weeks’ notice, a $250 fee will be charged. Of course, in the event of a severe weather situation, power outage or something similar that is out of your control, this would not apply to the situation. We take teaching CE classes seriously and our goal is to provide you with the most professional and reliable CE classes possible. We sincerely appreciate your partnership and cooperation.
