Whether you tell yourself you can or you can’t, you’re right. Self-talk directs our path and tells our brain how to think. We can talk ourselves into just about anything. If you think something, you will say it. If you say something, you will do it. Positive affirmations are documented self-improvement methods to rewire our brains into positive thoughts and release hormones that support these feelings, which turn into actions. Daily affirmations can break patterns of negative thoughts, speech and actions.
